My Journey
In 2017, I moved to Australia for my Master's degree, but deep inside, I knew I had come here for something much bigger — to discover myself, grow, and step into a new version of who I could become.
As I explored life in Australia, one thing constantly inspired me: people were always moving, walking, running, prioritising their health and wellbeing. That motivation pushed me to begin my own fitness journey through running. While it gave me energy and improved my mindset, I still didn't feel truly connected to my body until I discovered Pilates through a simple promotional class that completely changed my life.
In just a few sessions, I could already feel the difference — stronger core, toned arms, stronger glutes, more confidence, and most importantly, a deeper connection with myself. Pilates made me feel powerful in a way I had never experienced before.
What started as curiosity soon became a passion and a mission. Today, I want every woman who walks into my studio to experience that same feeling of strength, confidence, and self-love. This journey is not just about fitness for me — it's about empowering women to feel stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally every single day.
